How old were you on September 11, 2001?

I was 4 years old.
When did you first learn about the attacks and who explained the events to you?
I learned of the attack when i was in 4th grade because a person came cane to my class to tell us of his work . He was a firefighter and we asked him what was the most tragic thing he has seen and he said it was the twin towers.
What kind of impact did these attacks have on your life or your parents lives?

well it was a really big shock.

What was the issue with this game?
That people who had families die in that event where mad at the creators.
How do you feel about it?
I think that they shouldn't of done it because it offends some people.
What is the problem with portraying on such an awful violent event through a video game?
That people got mad at the game.
How can you make sure that your web games tell the whole story or teach a lesson in an honorable way?

I WILL NOT EVEN THINK OF MAKING A GAME OF SOMETHING THAT HURT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

"Danger of a single story"

What does it mean to have a 'single story' about a place or community?

It means that you use stereotype to describe a place or community.

Describe a single story you have heard told about your community. What is missing from that story? How could people learn more about that community?

Mrs. Arcos told us that she went to Round Rock and this guy asked her where she worked at and she said she was a teacher in the east of Austin . The men's reaction was shocking. She should told him that it was a college prep academy and that it was really good. He should come to the school and visit us.

Describe a single story you have heard about another community. How did you learn that story?

One is that the East side is bad and has lots of gangs. What I've seen is that its quite and I don't see any gangs

How could you find out more about that community?

I could go to the internet and search the East Side or got to the police department to ask them questions.

How could a game let players experience many stories about a place or community?

It can tell them fun facts and thins that may be wrong and show them a bad conflict.

1 Cyberbully 2011

The movie that we saw was called "Cyberbilluing". Its about a girl named Taylor (the main character) she had a normal life but one day her mom gave her a laptop. Then she nade an acount in clicksters. So then she got a friend recuest from this guy named James (but she didnt know that it was a fake profile from her best friend). After that James started to call her names and he put that she got in the bed with her . Next day at school everybody started to call her names and nasty things. When she couldnt take any more of this she decided to make a suicide video when her friend saw the video she went running to her house and found her trying to kill her self by overdosing her self. Then her friend told her the truth and she got really mad. Her mom then told her to go to some classes that will make her feel better. Then after all of those classes she felt better and went to school again. And thats the end of the movie

This is my first blog post of the 2011-2012 school year.

1. What is a Cyberbully? A cyberbully is some one says bad stuff to you.


2. What are the different types of cyberbullying? Cell phone and Computer.


3. What should you do if some one cyberbullying? You have to tell an adult.


4. Why are some reason that people Cyberbully others? They may be jelouse or not like you or some one may of hurt them when they where little.

What is your team name? Our team name is "THE CORAL PROTECTORS".

What is the name of your game? The name of our game is" SAVING THE SEA".

What is it about? Our game is about helping the sea and the ocean animals.
What scenes have you completed? We have completed all of the scenes.

What parts of your team page are completed? We have completed all of it.

How much more work do you need to complete? We have finished it all.

What can you do from now until Friday to get everything finished and turned in? We have finished it all.

What grade would you give yourself in Globaloria overall? I don't know what I would give us.

What are all of the things you have learned this year? Ive learned lots of things that I couldn't remember.

What are you proud of in Globaloria? Because of the things that I do.

How can you improve next year? I will do every thing better and faster.

Nintendo3Ds

I think that this game is the best game made ever so far but the thing that I like the most is that it is in 3D that is so cool now you can see everything up close.I also think that they copied the new psp with the anolog stick . some thing that is also cool is that it has a home button so that when your playing you can just go to home and the game automatecly pauses.
